TIRAMISU CAKE RECIPE
Triamisรน is an Italian, cold spoon dessert whose main ingredient is coffee. Its name means: "throw me up", it is a hypercaloric dessert, its large amount of sugar, coffee and liquor make you feel up quickly. When you feel a little low I ate a tiramisรน which is very easy to make! ๐
There are different ways to prepare it, I will give you the one that best suits our Argentine palate ๐
๐๐ธ INGREDIENTS: 300 g of casancrem, 300 g of Finnish cheese, 400 g of semi-whipped cream, 8 tbsp. of sugar, bitter cocoa c / n, coffee, port and Vanilla ๐ธ INGREDIENTS SAMBAYON: 8 yolks, 160 g of sugar, 60 ml of water.
PROCEDURE: Beat the 8 yolks in a bowl with a water bath with the sugar and water. When it is very hot remove and beat out of the fire until you reach the letter point (you realize that you reach the point because it is very foamy and you can form letters with the smoothie). This step is essential for the yolks to cook.
๐ธMAIN PROCEDURE: In a bowl mix the two types of cheese. In another bowl, beat the cream with the sugar (do not beat too much because after joining all the preparations the cream can be cut). Finally unite the three preparations: the sambayรณn, the cheeses and the semi-whipped cream.
๐ธARMADO: In a rectangular platter place a layer of vanilla soaked in coffee mixed with a splash of Port (I add a few teaspoons of sugar because I like it sweet). Then add the cream preparation, another layer of soaked vanilla and another of the cream. Make so many layers according to the height of the source. Finish by sprinkling with bitter cocoa using a small strainer. Let cool in the refrigerator for about 2 or 3 hours. NOTE: You can do it in individual molds ๐ธ
