Muffins

Hello , I am so happy to start my journey as a blogger , I have started my pinterest account a long time ago but never thought that I can share my love for food and also my tips and tricks for home decor, home design etc.. 



I will start with my recipe of yummy muffins !!

MUFFINS
Dry ingredients:
150 g of ground oats (gluten-free if necessary)
75 g of sugar of your choice
 56 g of ground almonds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
60 g more chocolate chips for the top
Wet ingredients:
235 g sweet potato pure
160 ml of vegetable or common milk
 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation
Set the oven to 180 degrees C and line a muffin tin with muffin paper or brush the inside of the tin with coconut oil. He used a silicone muffin tin. Leave all the dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a bowl and mix with a whisk. You can also process dry ingredients in a Heller (I did that). Add all the wet ingredients and stir or mix briefly in the slicer until everything is mixed. Finally add the chocolate chips and stir with a spoon. Place the dough in the muffin boxes and spread more chocolate chips on top. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick rises clean. This is the case with increasing a little sticky / crumbly, but it should not be wet.
