Yogurt and blueberry ice creams !
Use the yogurt in the fridge, one with blueberries, and add some more fresh blueberries.
I put the preparation in the molds and in the freezer until it hardens!
If they do not have molds, use the same empty yogurt cup and put a spoon or ice cream stick in the center.
A very simple way to eat ice cream, healthier and very rich!

Brownie Cookie Bites - vegan/can be gf, 47 cal a pop 👌 . . Guys I made these super easy brownie cookie bites, wasn’t really sure what to make of them, THEY TASTE AMAZING. Cookie on the outside, fudge brownie on the inside 🤤 I’m obsessed with having these tiny treats on hand whenever I need a little boost, and if you’re a fellow chocoholic, so should you 🍫 (what is it with chocolate cravings, like seriously, are we all secretly iron deficient or something 😅) . . 🤷♀️ . . . - 1 tbsp coconut oil melted (15 g) - 2 tbsp nut/seed butter (32 g) - 3 tbsp maple syrup (63 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 g) - 1/4 cup flour (30 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Pinch salt . . . Makes 14. 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment. 2. Blend together oil, syrup, almond butter, nut milk, vanilla. 3. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. 4. Combine the two, dough will be something between cookie dough and brownie batter.
