CHOCOLATE ALFAJORES
I made them all out of chocolate because I didn't have white chocolate, but they are amazing !!!! Here is the recipe ππΈINGREDIENTS: (For 7 large alfajores) 90 g of butter, 70 g of powdered sugar, 1 egg, 170 g of flour 0000, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa (can be chocolate) and vanilla essence.
ROPROCEDURE: In a bowl place the butter, sugar, egg, cocoa and finally the flour, unite all the ingredients to form a bun, if necessary add a little more flour but little! π Take to the fridge 20 ’, roll out the dough on the floured counter and cut the covers with a 7 cm diameter round cutter. Place them on an oiled plate and take them to a preheated oven 180 degrees for approx 10 or 15 ’. πΈARMADO: Let cool and fill with pastry milk caramel. Bring 15 ’to the refrigerator and cover with melted semi-bitter chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
