Alfajores Chocolata Recipe
CHOCOLATE ALFAJORES
I made them all out of chocolate because I didn't have white chocolate, but they are amazing !!!! Here is the recipe 👉🔸INGREDIENTS: (For 7 large alfajores) 90 g of butter, 70 g of powdered sugar, 1 egg, 170 g of flour 0000, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa (can be chocolate) and vanilla essence.
ROPROCEDURE: In a bowl place the butter, sugar, egg, cocoa and finally the flour, unite all the ingredients to form a bun, if necessary add a little more flour but little! 😉 Take to the fridge 20 ’, roll out the dough on the floured counter and cut the covers with a 7 cm diameter round cutter. Place them on an oiled plate and take them to a preheated oven 180 degrees for approx 10 or 15 ’. 🔸ARMADO: Let cool and fill with pastry milk caramel. Bring 15 ’to the refrigerator and cover with melted semi-bitter chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.

Brownie Cookie Bites - vegan/can be gf, 47 cal a pop 👌 . . Guys I made these super easy brownie cookie bites, wasn’t really sure what to make of them, THEY TASTE AMAZING. Cookie on the outside, fudge brownie on the inside 🤤 I’m obsessed with having these tiny treats on hand whenever I need a little boost, and if you’re a fellow chocoholic, so should you 🍫 (what is it with chocolate cravings, like seriously, are we all secretly iron deficient or something 😅) . . 🤷♀️ . . . - 1 tbsp coconut oil melted (15 g) - 2 tbsp nut/seed butter (32 g) - 3 tbsp maple syrup (63 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 g) - 1/4 cup flour (30 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Pinch salt . . . Makes 14. 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment. 2. Blend together oil, syrup, almond butter, nut milk, vanilla. 3. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. 4. Combine the two, dough will be something between cookie dough and brownie batter.
