Banana, caramel and chocolate.

. ✅ They are super easy to make.
The more ripe the banana, the richer it is.
For 6 units,
🍌They will need:
1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup leavening flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
🍌 Preparation:
Beat all the ingredients except the banana and the flour.
With the banana, make a puree and add to the preparation, then add the flour in an envelope.
Arrange in the molds, I use silicone, optionally add caramel and chocolate chips.
Take to medium oven for 20 minutes, remove and enjoy.

Brownie Cookie Bites - vegan/can be gf, 47 cal a pop 👌 . . Guys I made these super easy brownie cookie bites, wasn’t really sure what to make of them, THEY TASTE AMAZING. Cookie on the outside, fudge brownie on the inside 🤤 I’m obsessed with having these tiny treats on hand whenever I need a little boost, and if you’re a fellow chocoholic, so should you 🍫 (what is it with chocolate cravings, like seriously, are we all secretly iron deficient or something 😅) . . 🤷♀️ . . . - 1 tbsp coconut oil melted (15 g) - 2 tbsp nut/seed butter (32 g) - 3 tbsp maple syrup (63 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 g) - 1/4 cup flour (30 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Pinch salt . . . Makes 14. 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment. 2. Blend together oil, syrup, almond butter, nut milk, vanilla. 3. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. 4. Combine the two, dough will be something between cookie dough and brownie batter.
