BLACK FOREST CAKE RECIPE
 I leave you the recipe for this cake so well known throughout the world from Germany. It is delicious !! I pass you the recipe๐Ÿ‘‰
๐Ÿ”ธ INGREDIENTS: 220 g of butter, 220 g of sugar, 4 eggs, 180 g of flour 0000, 40 g of bitter cocoa, 2 tsp of baking powder.
๐Ÿ”ธFILLED INGREDIENTS: 500 ml of cream, 100 g of powdered sugar, 250 g of maraschino cherries.๐Ÿ”ธ 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and a splash of Kirsch (it is a cherry liqueur, I used port because it did not have) .
๐Ÿ”ธDECRATION: Semi-bitter chocolate.
๐Ÿ”ธ PROCEDURE: Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Then incorporate the eggs one by one, always mixing after each incorporation. Add the vanilla essence and finally the flour together with the baking powder and cocoa. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm buttered and floured mold. Take to preheated oven 180 degrees for approx 40 ’or until the stick test is done, it has to come out clean. Let cool.
๐Ÿ”ธFILLING: Beat the cream together with the powdered sugar and the vanilla essence, when it is very firm add the well-drained cherries. Remember to leave a little cream to decorate.

: In a pot place the sugar, water and liquor. Mix and let the sugar dissolve. Cook 2 ’and let cool. ๐Ÿ”ธARMING: Make three cuts on the cake. Place one of the cake discs (the one on the top) at the base of a 20 cm ring, we use a ring so that the cake is well assembled. Brush the disk with syrup, place the cream, the other cake disk, brush with syrup, add more cream and finish with the last disk (what would be the base of the cake and now it is on top). Bring to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remove the hoop. Cover the cake with the rest of the cream. On the sides so that it is veined, pass a spatula with melted semi-bitter Chocolate.
