RECIPE:
180 g of butter
120g dark chocolatetopping
400g plain sugar
3 eggs π₯
A spoonful of vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
95g of bitter cocoa
130g flour 0000
220g chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter in the microwave or double boiler with the chocolate. Add the common sugar and unite. Add the eggs one at a time at room temperature. Join WITHOUT mixing vigorously. Add the vanilla, salt, flour and cocoa. Put it all together. And finally optional chocolate chips.
Add on a plate, cake pan, ring, detachable or whatever they have. (If it is a hoop, add aluminum on the bottom and a plate) take to the oven until you prick with a knife in the center and that comes out let cool or eat directly hot with ice cream π¦
