πTAKE OF CHEESE AND WHITE CHOCOLATE π

FΓ‘cilSuper easy! We only need 3 ingredients!
✔3 eggs
✔120 grs of white chocolate
✔120 grs of cream cheese
π₯ Preparation:
We separate the egg yolks from the whites. We keep the whites in a container with transparent film in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
We put the white chocolate in a container and melt the
Bain-marie (putting the container with the chocolate on top of another container with boiling water).
Pour the cream cheese into the chocolate container and stir well.
Add the egg yolks and mix everything very well.
We beat the whites that we reserve. When they are about to snow, we pour into the previous mixture and stir
We line a small cake pan (16cm diameter) with parchment paper or vegetable spray. We put the cake mixture in the mold and put in the oven. Besides, we put a little hot water in a roasting pan or tray on the bottom of the oven (so we avoid burning) We leave the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. After that quarter of an hour, we lower the oven temperature to 160 degrees and leave another 15 minutes. Finally, we turn off the oven but do not remove the cake. We leave another 15 minutes more. and ready! To enjoy!!!
