Chocolate Banana Bread🍌🍫

BANANA AND CHOCOLATE 🍌🍫


🍌They will need:
-1 egg
-100g sugar
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
-50ml of oil
-1 banana stepped
-200g of leavening flour
-50g cocoa
Optional: half a banana and chocolate chips to decorate.
🍌For preparation:
Step on the banana until it is puree, add the egg, the vanilla extract, the sugar, the oil and beat. Then with enveloping movements add the cocoa and flour.
Pour the preparation into a mold and top with banana slices and chocolate chips.
Take to medium oven for 30 minutes, once cold, remove from the mold and enjoy.

Cookie on the outside, fudge brownie on the inside 🤤 I’m obsessed with having these tiny treats on hand whenever I need a little boost, and if you’re a fellow chocoholic, so should you 🍫 (what is it with chocolate cravings, like seriously, are we all secretly iron deficient or something 😅) . . 🤷‍♀️ . . . - 1 tbsp coconut oil melted (15 g) - 2 tbsp nut/seed butter (32 g) - 3 tbsp maple syrup (63 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 g) - 1/4 cup flour (30 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Pinch salt . . .
