Ante️Manteca ............................... 200 grs.
πΈ️ Semi bitter chocolate ..... 150 grs.
πΈ️Eggs ................................. 3 pcs.
πΈ️ Sugar .................................. 250 grs.
πΈ️Milk .................................... 250 cc.
πΈ️Vanilla essence ............... 1 tbsp.
πΈ️Harina leavening ................... 250 grs.
πΈ️ Bitter cocoa ..................... 2 tbsp.

AB ELABORATION:
π In a saucepan put the milk, butter, sugar, and chocolate, bring to low heat, stirring until the chocolate and butter are melted, remove from the heat. Warm a little and pour into a bowl. Mix the cocoa with the flour and sift.
Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla essence to the preparation, gradually pour the flour with the cocoa, integrate well and pour into a buttered and floured mold.
Cook for approx. 50-60 min. in oven at 170 ° C. If you make several more boys, they cook in approx 30 min.
Once cold, to decorate sprinkle with powdered sugar or bathe with chocolate π. In this case I covered them with a chocolate ganache (100 grams of cream and 100 grams of chocolate
