๐ธINGREDIENTS: 200 g of 0000 flour, 80 ml of boiling water, 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 170 g of soft butter (butter), 170 g of sugar, 2 eggs at room temperature and 80 ml of cream.
PROCEDURE: In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar, when it is creamy add the eggs one by one mixing after each incorporation. Add the vanilla essence, and add the bitter cocoa and the boiling water (You can mix the cocoa with the water first and then add it). Finally add the flour together with the baking powder, interspersed with the milk cream. Place part of the mixture in a 28 cm buttered and floured pudding pan, add sweet pastry, finally finish with the rest of the mixture and take to a preheated oven 189 degrees for approx 40 'or until the stick test. caramel: This tip was passed to me by my friend Mari from @ omega.nutricion, place caramel pastry in plastic wrap, make as a cylinder and take it to the freezer until it hardens.
