. ⭐️⭐️πCHEESECAKE JAPANESE HEALTHYπ Ingredients: πΈ1 egg πΈVanilla 1 tsp πΈ50 g skim milk powder πΈ200 g cheese spreadable light πΈ1 / 2 tsp lemon juice πΈ Liquid sweetener 2 tbsp Process: 1-We line the inside of a 16 cm removable metal mold with parchment paper (the base and the walls) so that it is on top of the paper and preheats the oven to 180 degrees. 2-Separate the whites from the yolks 3-Unite in a bowl the yolk of the egg, the powdered milk, the vanilla, the white cheese and the sweetener. Stir well with wire whisk. 3-Beat the egg whites until stiff 4-Integrate 1/3 of the egg whites to the yolk smoothie. When those whites are integrated, add the rest with gentle movements. 5-Fill the mold. 6-Cook in a water bath in an oven 180 degrees for 35 minutes. After that time, let cool in the oven. Makes 14. 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment. 2. Blend together oil, syrup, almond butter, nut milk, vanilla. 3. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. 4. Combine the two, dough will be something between cookie dough and brownie batter.
