CHOCOLATE CAKE 😍❤ #veggie Ingredients • 2 cans of chickpeas or white beans (500 g once drained) • 1 cup of instant oatmeal, OR 3/4 cup of flour or almond flour • 1/4 cup of applesauce, pumpkin or vegan yogurt, such as yogurt almond milk • 3 tablespoons oil or 1/4 cup peanut butter of choice • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 cup vegan  nutella  or chocolate cream to choose from • 1 1/3 cup sugar , unrefined if desired (many say liquid sweetener works) • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips , or more if you wish Instructions: Pre-heat  the oven. Yogurt and blueberry ice creams ! Use the yogurt in the fridge, one with blueberries, and add some more fresh blueberries. I put the preparation in the molds and in the freezer until it hardens! Vegan Muffins VEGAN MUFFINS⚡ Dry Ingredients:   1/3 cup gluten-free oatmeal if needed 1/3 to 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt Wet ingredients:  3/4 cup almond milk 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup peanut or peanut butter 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Preparation: Line muffin pan with kitchen paper (or grease pan) and preheat oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Add all the dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a large mixing bowl and stir with a whisk. Now add the wet ingredients and stir to combine. You can also use a hand mixer. Finally, add the vegan chocolate chips. Divide the dough between the muffin pan wells. It had enough dough to make 8 muffins. Bake for 24 to 27 minutes or until you see cracks on top of the muffins. Pumpkin and date CUPCAKES 🧁! .   😊 It's super simple,  Ingredients : Put 3/4 cup of milk in the blender or glass πŸ₯› with 5 dates without bone and vanilla essence and beat (I use turbo) .  I add 1 cup of pumpkin already cooked,  I beat another time until we create a homogeneous mixture, add 2 eggs πŸ₯š and beat πŸ˜‚ and on the mixture 1/2 cup of peanut butter πŸ₯œ and 2 cups of oatmeal in flour (I would add a little less, because they have left me rather dry the next day), with their half on cake yeast πŸ‘ŒπŸ½ .  Baked 180 degrees, 30 minutes and its dark chocolate on top and voila, 100 de flavored cupcakes and super easy, what do you think? . .  You can make them and store them with a cloth so they stay fluffy and have a different breakfast 😜😜 do you want to?
