CHOCOLATE CAKE πβ€ #veggie Ingredients β’ 2 cans of chickpeas or white beans (500 g once drained) β’ 1 cup of instant oatmeal, OR 3/4 cup of flour or almond flour β’ 1/4 cup of applesauce, pumpkin or vegan yogurt, such as yogurt almond milk β’ 3 tablespoons oil or 1/4 cup peanut butter of choice β’ 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract β’ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda β’ 2 teaspoons baking powder β’ 1/2 teaspoon salt β’ 1/2 cup vegan nutella or chocolate cream to choose from β’ 1 1/3 cup sugar , unrefined if desired (many say liquid sweetener works) β’ 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips , or more if you wish Instructions: Pre-heat the oven.
