Tiramisu Cake! 🍫☕🇮🇹. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✍INGREDIENTS: ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀   Coffee Syrup 🔸️Water .............................. 150 grs. 🔸️Instant coffee ......... 2 tbsp. 🔸️ Sugar ............................ 150 grs. 🔸️Coffee liquor or cognac ... 2 tbsp. 👉Filling: Y️Yemas ......................... 4 pcs. 🔸️Mascarpone cheese .... 400 grs. 🔸️ Sugar ......................... 40 grs. 🔸️Water ........................... 1 tbsp. (15 grs.) 🔸️ Milk cream .......... 100 grs. 🔸️Gelatin without flavor ..... 7 grs. 👉Cookies: 🔸️Vanillas .......... 1 package. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ AB ELABORATION: 🌟For the syrup, soak the sugar and coffee with the water. Take to the fire and when it boils remove. Once cold, perfume with the liquor. 🌟For the tiramisu cream, place the yolks, sugar and water in a bowl in a water bath. Wet Chocolate Cake with Nutella

WET CHOCOLATE BISCUIT This recipe is one of my favorites !!!! It is very easy and cheap! 🔸INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs, 300 g of sugar, 120 ml of sunflower oil, 180 g of 0000 flour, 160 ml of milk, 1 Cd of vanilla essence, 60 g of bitter cocoa, 2 Cd of baking powder and one pinch of salt.  PROCEDURE: Place the eggs in a bowl and beat for 5 ', add the sugar and vanilla essence, beat for 1' more. Add the oil and add the flour together with the pinch of salt (the salt serves to enhance the flavors) and the baking powder interspersed with the milk. Finally add the bitter cocoa. To butter and flour a 20 cm mold, take to oven 180 degrees for 40 'approx. Or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out dry. Ready! Easy and cheap! Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - vegan/gf, 134 cal per slice, dessert that will fill you UP 🍌🍫 . . . . - 1 flax egg (or 1 egg beaten) - 1 ripe banana mashed (about 120 g) - 2 tbsp maple syrup (42 g) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup flour, oat is best (60 g) - 1/2 cup almond flour (56 g - sub another 1/2 cup flour but also add 1 tbsp oil for richness) - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda (omit if using regular egg) - Pinch salt - 1/4 cup chocolate chips - save some for topping (60 g) . . . Makes 8 slices in one junior loaf pan  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease your pan (maybe even line with parchment). 2. Mix egg, banana, maple syrup, vanilla. 3. Whisk together flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt. 4. Combine the two, folding, not overmixing! 5. Fold in chocolate chips. 6. Transfer to loaf pan. 7. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. 8. Cool completely and slice. 9. Keep refrigerated and lmk what you think!

This double chocolate cookie cake one of the best things that happened to me this weekend, and now it’s your turn! 20 minutes of your time, ZERO leftovers. Mondays that end with cookie cake are better Mondays! . . . - 2 tsp oil (10 g) - 2 tsp milk, I use almond (10 g) - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (10 g) - 2 tbsp flour, I use oat (15 g) - 1 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder (6 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp chocolate chips (5 g) . . . 1. Small batch baking is KING 👑 Wanna make 3 cookie cups? I gotchu! Here’s a super easy recipe. A totally fun project to keep small ones busy too 😅 And if you don’t have small ones, just do it for yourself, baking is therapy and a workout all rolled into ONE! . . . - 1 tbsp oil (15 g) - 2 tbsp milk, i use almond (30 g) - 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g) - 1/4 cup flour, gf ok (30 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt and vanilla - 1 tbsp chocolate chips (15 g) . . . Makes 3 cookie cake cups. 1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease 3 muffin cavities. 2. Blend oil, milk, syrup, vanilla. 3. Whisk together flour, bp, salt. 4. Combine the two, fold in chocolate. 5. Brownie Cookie Bites - vegan/can be gf, 47 cal a pop 👌 . . Guys I made these super easy brownie cookie bites, wasn’t really sure what to make of them, THEY TASTE AMAZING. Cookie on the outside, fudge brownie on the inside 🤤 I’m obsessed with having these tiny treats on hand whenever I need a little boost, and if you’re a fellow chocoholic, so should you 🍫 (what is it with chocolate cravings, like seriously, are we all secretly iron deficient or something 😅) . . 🤷‍♀️ . . . - 1 tbsp coconut oil melted (15 g) - 2 tbsp nut/seed butter (32 g) - 3 tbsp maple syrup (63 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 g) - 1/4 cup flour (30 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Pinch salt . . . Makes 14. 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment. 2. Blend together oil, syrup, almond butter, nut milk, vanilla. 3. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. 4. Combine the two, dough will be something between cookie dough and brownie batter.

Easy Cinnamon Rolls - vegan/not sure about gf, 145 cal (icing adds +10 or so) 👌 Yummy buttery weekend TREAT! . . . I finally did it, I made actual cinnamon rolls instead of my usual tahini rolls 😅 . . Dough: - 1 1/3 cup flour, gf all purpose might work? (160 g) - 1 heaping tsp active yeast - 1/8 tsp salt - 2 tbsp maple syrup (42 g) - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp milk (90 g - I use unsweetened almond) - 1 tbsp oil (15 g - I use avocado) . . Filling: - 2 tbsp butter, vegan if desired (28 g) - 2 tbsp brown sugar (24 g - I use coconut sugar) - 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or more) . . Icing: - 2 tbsp powdered sugar (15 g) - 1 tsp or so maple syrup or nut milk (thin to your desire) . . Makes 8 rolls: 1. Whisk together flour, yeast, salt. 2. Whisk together milk, oil, syrup and microwave the mixture until warm to the touch (30-60 sec). 3. Pour into dry mix and combine to make a non-sticky dough. 4. On a floured surface knead a few times over (add a little flour if needed), cover and let the dough rest 10 min

Let me introduce to you my latest obsession, these bars. 🤤 Simple ingredients, blend them, bake them. Simple ganache, pour on top, let it set. Bars for the whole week ready for snacks/desserts! Freaking nutritious and so addictive, I have a new batch in my fridge today. . . . Bar layer: - 1 cup any nuts (120 g, I used hazelnuts) - 2 ripe bananas (about 240 g) - 1/4 cup coconut sugar (48 g, sub 1/2 cup soft medjool dates, 80 g) - 1 1/2 cup oats (120 g) - Cinnamon, pinch salt Ganache layer: - 1/4 cup any nut/seed butter (64 g) - 1/4 cup chocolate chips (60 g) . . . . Orange Cake Recipe:  This recipe is perfect !! It does not have butter or milk, it is rich, economical and the result is perfect 😍 I pass you the recipe ING️ INGREDIENTS: 250 g of flour 0000, 220 g of sugar, 3 eggs, 120 ml of sunflower oil, 120 ml of water, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, zest and juice of 1 orange  🔸️ PROCEDURE: Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are frothy and light colored. Add the oil, vanilla, zest and orange juice. Add the flour with the baking powder interspersed with the water. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm buttered and floured mold. Bake in the oven 180 degrees by 40 'or until you do the stick test, it has to come out clean. 😀

CHOCOLATE BUDDY FILLED WITH CARAMEL : For the snack I made this super wet chocolate pudding, which is incredibly rich! 👉 🔸INGREDIENTS: 200 g of 0000 flour, 80 ml of boiling water, 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 170 g of soft butter (butter), 170 g of sugar, 2 eggs at room temperature and 80 ml of cream.
