BROWNIES: Hi guys! How are you doing? Today I couldn't be here earlier but I leave you with these amazing brownies! I made them with oil because it had no butter and they were excellent !!! I am going to pass a fact to you 😉 When you want to use oil instead of butter in a recipe or vice versa you have to know that for 200 g of butter is 170 ml of oil, so make the rule of three simple. If for example the recipe says 170 g of butter and they want to put it in oil they do 200 g M ——— 170 AC 170 g of M ————- X = 170 x 170 = 28,900 / 200 = 144.5 so for 170 g of butter we use 144.5 of oil ☺️ Did my math class understand ??  I pass you the recipe: 👉🔸INGREDIENTS: 145 ml of oil, 150 of semi-bitter chocolate, 265 g of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 125 g of flour 0000, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 150 g of walnuts (optional). Chocolate CAKE with Coke : For the snack I prepared this coca-cola cake 🥰❤️!  I pass you the recipe 👉🔸INGREDIENTS: 250 g of leavening flour, 200 g of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 75 ml of sunflower oil, 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa, 200 ml of coca-cola. PROCEDURE: In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar, add the vanilla essence, the bitter cocoa, the oil and finally the flour, interspersing with the coca-cola. Place the mixture in a 20 cm buttered and floured mold and bake 180 degrees by 40 'or until the stick test is done. 🔸COVERAGE: In a saucepan place 100 g of semi-bitter chocolate, 100 ml of milk cream and 2 tablespoons of caramel , mix and cook until the chocolate has melted. Cool slightly. 🔸❗️IMPORTANT: The cake is not flavored with Coca-Cola, it gives it fluffiness, sweetness but no flavor 😉

I’m also very excited about this banana bread 🍌 I’ve already made it 3 times this week. The problem with my new obsession with small loaves is that I make it, we finish it the next day 😬 We eat it for breakfast but then also lunch is followed by a round of banana bread with nut/seed/granola butter for everyone for so-called “dessert” 👌 I got to experiment though, I made it with flax, egg, oat, and wheat flour (all worked beautifully, you just gotta not overmix it or I shall cast some mean spell on YA). . . Mini Chocolate Cake Muffins - vegan+gf, 43 cal each, tastes like soft rich chocolate cake in one BITE 👌Easy recipe! . . . Here is the recipe, easy: - flax egg (or regular egg) - 1/2 cup applesauce (120g) - 3 tbsp sugar (36 g) - 3 tbsp cocoa (18 g) - 1/2 cup flour (60 g, ww, oat, what have you) - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1/4 tsp vanilla, pinch salt. - 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (15 g). . . . Makes 15 minis: Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk together egg, applesauce, sugar, vanilla. Whisk together flour, cocoa, bp, bs, salt. Combine by folding (dont overmix) Scoop into 15 mini muffin cavities, sprinkle chocolate chips. Bake 15 min. Your freezer muffins are ready but let them cool first!

Chocolate Protein Banana Bread 🍫🍌💪 115 cal, 6g protein per slice 💪 . . . Wet: - 2 spotty bananas mashed (260 gr) - 1 egg - 1/4 cup greek yogurt (56 gr) (See notes below for substitutions. I used full fat Fage.) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Dry: - 1 big scoop of chocolate protein powder (35 gr) (I used Organic Valley protein) - 3/4 cup whole wheat flour (90 gr) - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/4 tsp coarse salt - 2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips (28 gr) . Makes 8 thick slices. Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8x4 loaf pan. Combine all wet and mix all dry separately. Pour dry into wet and combine to incorporate, do not overmix. Transfer to loaf pan and sprinkle tops with chocolate chips. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the center is done. Let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Gingerbread Mug Cake - vegan, can be gf, 150 cal, make your place smell like XMAS this hump day 🐪! . . . . - 1 tsp oil (5 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) - 1 tsp molasses (7 g) - 2 tsp sugar (8 g) - 2 tbsp flour (15 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - Sprinkle of salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg 🎄 . . . 1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 1/2 cup ramekin. 2. Blend oil, milk, molasses, sugar, vanilla (I use a mug). 3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, spices (I use a cereal bowl). 4. Combine the two (DO NOT OVERMIX, little clumps are ok). 5. Pour into dish, bake 20 min, top with whatever (1/2 tbsp GB in the pic - yes imma be rationing that GB) eat!

Chocolate “Stay Home” Mug Cake - vegan, 176 cal, healthy enough for breakfast 👌 very recommended to chop a small square of chocolate on top 🤤 See a video of how this thing went down in my stories 😱 !! . - 1/2 banana mashed - 2 tbsp almond flour (14 g) - 1 tbsp flax seed meal (7 g) - 1 tsp cocoa (3 g) (I used jet black cocoa from @ hiitnutrition  , it’s crazy DARK 😱 you can sub 1 tbsp cocoa powder if you have that) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) . . . Mix all, microwave 1-2 min, top with chopped chocolate or nut butter or fruit, ice cream, whatever you want. Staying home is easier with MICROWAVE dessert in a MUG.

Breakfast Microwave Mug Cake - vegan, 213 cal, naturally gf, LOADS of fiber 👌  . . The best and easiest thing I made this week and I made cookie dough muffins. . . About that mug cake: Runnn to the kitchen  - 1/2 banana mashed - 1 tbsp flax seed meal (7 g) - 2 tbsp almond flour (14 g) (sorry, haven’t tested other flours but hey got the time so I’ll keep ya posted) - 1 tsp oil or almond butter (5 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk - 1/4 tsp baking powder . . . Mix all, pour into greased mug, microwave 1-2 minutes until done. Top with 1 tbsp nut butter of choice. Cake for breakfast y’all. Lemme know if you make!

Pumpkin Pie | Cake

Microwave Pumpkin Pie/Cake Thing - vegan+gf, 160 cal, . I was trying to make a pumpkin cake, it came out creamy like pumpkin pie, it was still so good I ain’t mad 🤷‍♀️ Here’s the recipe if you want to make the same: . . - 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (60 g) - 1 tsp sugar (4 g) - 1 tbsp flax seed meal (7 g) - 2 tbsp almond flour (14 g) - 2 tbsp nut milk (30 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - pumpkin pie spice . . . Mix all these things and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes until done. Top with anything you want, here blueberries and tiny bit of peanut butter 👌 YUM.

Chocolate Banana Bread🍌🍫

BANANA AND CHOCOLATE 🍌🍫 🍌They will need: -1 egg -100g sugar -1 tablespoon of vanilla extract -50ml of oil -1 banana stepped -200g of leavening flour -50g cocoa Optional: half a banana and chocolate chips to decorate. 🍌For preparation: Step on the banana until it is puree, add the egg, the vanilla extract, the sugar, the oil and beat. Then with enveloping movements add the cocoa and flour. Pour the preparation into a mold and top with banana slices and chocolate chips. Take to medium oven for 30 minutes, once cold, remove from the mold and enjoy.

~ Banana Muffins ~ . . Fans of this combination? 🙋 Banana, caramel  and chocolate. . . ✅ They are super easy to make. The more ripe the banana, the richer it is. For 6 units, 🍌They will need: 1 banana 1 egg 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon oil 1 cup leavening flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 🍌 Preparation: Beat all the ingredients except the banana and the flour. With the banana, make a puree and add to the preparation, then add the flour in an envelope. Arrange in the molds, I use silicone, optionally add caramel  and chocolate chips. Take to medium oven for 20 minutes, remove and enjoy.

Strawberry cake Almond dough😍 ❤️❤️ For the almond dough and mold 24 cm 100g butter 90g powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract 30g of processed almonds 1 small egg 140g flour 0000 Combine the butter ointment with the sugar. Add the vanilla and the egg and unite. Finally the almonds and the flour. Put everything together and form the dough. Without kneading just joining. Let rest covered with film in a refrigerator for half an hour. Stretch and add in mold. Take to the oven half punctured until golden. Let cool and unmold Add caramel , chantilly cream, strawberries. I also decorated with pistachio. Enjoy !

Look at this brownie-based cheesecake / wet chocolate cake Filled with caramel and decorated with chocolate and caramel 😱 Mold 24 cm Brownie: 75g butter 150g chocolate 3 small eggs 200g sugar 40g flour 0000 To unite all the ingredients (with the butter and the melted chocolate without beating just uniting with spatula) Take to mold and oven until punctured and dry. Cheesecake: 500g of @casancremarg 130 g common sugar 3 eggs A tablespoon of vanilla 50cc of milk cream (if you don't have it add a little more cream cheese and that's it) caramel 4 tablespoons Mix the cheese, cream, vanilla, caramel and mix well. Finally add the eggs and unite. Bring on the cooked brownie. At low temperature (150 degrees) until it is semi firm. Let cool and bring to fridge and remove from mold! (You can do it in a fountain to eat directly from there) Decorate with caramel, chocolates, or whatever you want!

Recipe: 1 banana 100g butter butter 80g of common sugar Vanilla 1 large egg but 2 150g leavening flour Pinch of salt Unite the @ lard with the sugar. Add the egg, the @ banana and the vanilla. Add the flour. Put in muffins and take to the oven at 189 degrees 20/35 min until cooked. Let cool (you can fill with caramel) Making chocolate 100g semi bitter chocolate 100g milk cream Heat the cream and add the chopped choco. Put it all together. RECIPE: 180 g of butter 120g dark chocolatetopping 400g plain sugar 3 eggs 🥚 A spoonful of vanilla essence a pinch of salt 95g of bitter cocoa 130g flour 0000 220g chocolate chips (optional) Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter in the microwave or double boiler with the chocolate. Add the common sugar and unite. Add the eggs one at a time at room temperature. Join WITHOUT mixing vigorously. Add the vanilla, salt, flour and cocoa. Put it all together. And finally optional chocolate chips. Add on a plate, cake pan, ring, detachable or whatever they have. (If it is a hoop, add aluminum on the bottom and a plate) take to the oven until you prick with a knife in the center and that comes out let cool or eat directly hot with ice cream 🍦

Delicious Banana Cake !!! 🍌 ❤️❤️❤️  RECIPE- for the vanilla cookie base (process 3 packages (for a 28 cm mold) along with 130g of melted butter or replace the butter with a tablespoon of Casancrem to join everything. Join well and add at the base and on the wall of the mold pressing tightly. Bake in a strong oven for 5/10 min until golden brown. Wait for it to cool and freeze for a while.  Unmold carefully, add caramel + banana cream ( beat a large pot of milk cream until it makes firm peaks with a tablespoon of sugar, add 3 semi-stepped bananas and beat just until integrated (not too much, because if not cut): same amount of cholate as cream. Boil the cream at the first boil and add the chopped chcolate: 100 g of cream and 100g of chcolate.Add over the cream and finally the walnuts take to freeezer 5 hours minimum!

Cheeesecake with ✔️Chocolate wet base ✔️Cheesecake ✔️Caramel For the wet chocolate base you can make the brownie or the chocolate cake that I shared several times! (In a 28 cm mold) make the brownie recipe but look at it, so that there is a thin layer. Once it is baked and cold, make a classic cheesecake with 2 pot of Casancrem (1 kilo) + 60cc of milk cream + 5 eggs + 250g of plain or blonde sugar + vanilla. Put everything together and pour over the brownie. Bring to oven (under 160 degrees) in a water bath for 1 hour or 2 depends on your oven until when you move it, it moves to the center. CHOCOLATE ALFAJORES I made them all out of chocolate because I didn't have white chocolate, but they are amazing !!!! Here is the recipe 👉🔸INGREDIENTS: (For 7 large alfajores) 90 g of butter, 70 g of powdered sugar, 1 egg, 170 g of flour 0000, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa (can be chocolate) and vanilla essence.  ROPROCEDURE: In a bowl place the butter, sugar, egg, cocoa and finally the flour, unite all the ingredients to form a bun, if necessary add a little more flour but little! 😉 Take to the fridge 20 ’, roll out the dough on the floured counter and cut the covers with a 7 cm diameter round cutter. Place them on an oiled plate and take them to a preheated oven 180 degrees for approx 10 or 15 ’. 🔸ARMADO: Let cool and fill with pastry milk caramel. Bring 15 ’to the refrigerator and cover with melted semi-bitter chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. . .

If you liked the sweet express croissants, you will also love them ❤️🥰 They are very easy 🥰 I pass you the recipe 👉🔸 INGREDIENTS: 500 g of flour 000, 50 ml of sunflower oil, 25 g of fresh yeast, 50 g of cheese grated, 3 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of sugar and 250 ml of warm milk.  ROPROCEDURE: In a bowl place the flour, in the center the yeast and sugar. On the outside add the salt so that it does not touch the yeast. Incorporate the cheese, the oil and the milk. Mix and knead to form a smooth and homogeneous dough. If necessary, add a little more milk or water. Cover and let it rest until it doubles in size. Then roll out the dough on the floured counter and cut triangles. Roll them up like a crescent, place them on an oiled plate. Cover and let 30 rest. Then brush them with beaten egg, sprinkle them with black and white sesame. CHOCOLATE CAKE:   This cake is delicious and so easy ☺️❤️  👉🔸INGREDIENTS: 100 g of butter, 100 g of semi-bitter chocolate, 100 ml of milk, 125 g of sugar , 200 g of leavening flour, 1 splash of vanilla essence and 1 egg. 🔸PREPARATION: Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler, mix and add the milk, vanilla essence, the egg and mix. Incorporate the milk and finally the flour. . .  COOKING: While preparing the mixture, heat the pot over medium heat. Oil the 18 cm tray  and pour the mixture. Place the tray inside the pot and cover. Cook over minimum heat for approx 20 ’. Do the stick test. OVEN COOKING: Place the mixture in a 18 cm buttered and floured mold. Take to a preheated oven 160 degrees for approximately 35 'or until the stick test is done. . . "I put Nutella on top of it." . . .

Chocolate Chip Banana Mug Cake, vegan . . .  Even though I like my baked single-serving cakes, I also like this recipe a lot because it’s a microwave one, so you go from nothing to cake in about 5 minutes.  . . . - 1/2 banana mashed (about 60 g) - 2 tbsp almond flour (14 g) - 1 tbsp flax seed meal (7g, sub with regular flour) - 1 tbsp nut milk (15 g) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips (7 g) . . . 1. Mix all but chocolate in a bowl, add to a greased ramekin. 3. Microwave 1-2 min until set (you can bake it for 20 min too, it will be airier). 5. Sprinkle chocolate. 6. Enjoy!!

BLACK FOREST CAKE RECIPE  I leave you the recipe for this cake so well known throughout the world from Germany. It is delicious !! I pass you the recipe👉 🔸 INGREDIENTS: 220 g of butter, 220 g of sugar, 4 eggs, 180 g of flour 0000, 40 g of bitter cocoa, 2 tsp of baking powder. 🔸FILLED INGREDIENTS: 500 ml of cream, 100 g of powdered sugar, 250 g of maraschino cherries.🔸 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and a splash of Kirsch (it is a cherry liqueur, I used port because it did not have) . 🔸DECRATION: Semi-bitter chocolate. 🔸 PROCEDURE: Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. TIRAMISU CAKE RECIPE   Triamisù is an Italian, cold spoon dessert whose main ingredient is coffee. Its name means: "throw me up", it is a hypercaloric dessert, its large amount of sugar, coffee and liquor make you feel up quickly.
