Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 1/2 cup ramekin. 2. Blend oil, milk, molasses, sugar, vanilla (I use a mug). 3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, spices (I use a cereal bowl). 4. Combine the two (DO NOT OVERMIX, little clumps are ok). 5. Pour into dish, bake 20 min, top with whatever (1/2 tbsp GB in the pic - yes imma be rationing that GB) eat!
